55 year old woman dealing with aging and enjoying life. A bad shoulder has prevented me from lifting weights so I've used this as an excuse for my weight gain. Even though I can't lift weights I can exercise more and watch what I eat and drink better than I have been. I'm committed as of today to refocus on me...

is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
Books are also good to listen to while jogging. With music you can build your playlists for the length of time or distance you want to run. I try to run a 5K in <40 minutes so I have two lists that are geared towards that. I do find that I start counting songs so my son recommended books. You never know where you're at time wise with a story and it may help with extending the distance/time. I have a mental block after a mile and think I short walking break... Confused

Back at it
Well, here I go again. I sabotaged myself over the holidays and now I need to lose more than I had in mind. Oh well, I can do this by tracking and focusing right... Food is energy and exercising is fun.....
