holy hell I am such an idiot!!! I had planned a good day of eating low carb and was on track for the morning. Then boyfriend's dad came for a visit and took us out to Golden Coral. boy did I eat!!! I knew better than do that but did it anyway. what an idiot i really am! HUGH carb and calorie count!!!! and now paying for it with terrible acid reflux. it hurts and I have hurt my body and dieting efforts again. can't seem to deal with going out to eat and staying on track. at this point in my life i end up out a lot with people feeding me. Sounds like a good thing but it has it's drawback....ugh.

Two years ago at this time I was doing diet and weight so well. I had been losing weight and keeping control right threw the holidays. Life is so different now. I'm not with husband and that's good but not with my kids (adults) and that's hard to take. My life is good now with less stress, that's for sure. Yet the food and exercise issue is taking its toll on me. Seeing some health issues creeping in. Oddly enough part of why it's hard to get a hold of is that I have more time eating with other people and going out for fun. Exercised today so far. have not eaten yet and it's just past noon. Must eat something. I'm hopeful for getting it together and for a healthier future. I do need to get past the holidays though lol
