I decided to watch videos featuring Doctors Michael Mosley and Jason Fung.
Based on their advice, my new approach is to attempt to:
1. Eat more Mediterranean-style food - fish, olive oil, full-fat cheese, etc.
2. Not eat in-between meal snacks - very difficult.
3. Fast from previous night, delaying breakfast where possible - very, very difficult.

Things are not too good. Have gained more weight, and am feeling low about it. Not enough activity and indulging in delicious food too often.

I've allowed my dietary habits to slip a little. I've tried to maintain around 2000 calories per day, but I don't always stick to that. Ergo, the weight has crept up over the months.... Not good.
