Well Jim wants to go to the movies tonight to see White House Down, so I decided to look up popcorn. That was a mistake 20 nc in 4 cups OMG. It looks like we'll be sharing a large size. I'm not sure how much that will be until I get there slim guessing around 4 cups.

Great news I'm down another 3 lbs. I thought I would put on weight this week from PMS or muscle gain from walking but I didn't. Next week I'm hoping to get rid of the 90's for good. Jim lost another pound this week to I'm so proud of him.

It rained here al day long so I didn't get to walk today. I might have to walk longer tomorrow to make it for it.
I spent the day reading and napping in my recliner. I weigh in tomorrow I hope I lost something.

I got my 7 mile walk in yesterday and today with diamond. I didn't get a chance to do my journal yesterday but I did good on my carbs. I'm going lower during the week since I tend to go over on the weekends. I have to work doubles tonight and tomorrow night I still want to get in my morning walks its gonna be hard on me though.
I've added a lot of new buddies this week and I hope everyone is having a good week.
On the bad side I fell off the smoking wagon this week to, but I'm planning to jump back on as soon as I finish the pack of smokes I bought on Monday. I can't throw them away they cost to much. I've only had 2 a day so I'm not going over board on them it's just hard when I'm working so much I need a stress break in between. Friday I'll get back on the wagon again.

Well I didn't count carbs this weekend becoz I had my daughter's birthday dinner on Saturday and Sunday we had a family cookout, so I'm gonna try to limit my carbs today. Diamond and I did go on a 7 mile walk today so that made me feel a little better. The bad new is I'll probely put on a couple pounds this week becoz of PMS week. I do plan on walking every day though so maybe it will help to keep it down. I also have to work three doubles this week. I hope I get survive it all.
Well I kept my carbs down all day and did all my journals for the day. I just got done feeding my son. Jim and diamond went for their evening walk, so I thought I would finish up my journal for the day.
