I'm 20 yrs old...I was 17 when I graduated high school, and I weighed in plus of 375 pounds. Life sucked, and was pretty miserable. So I tried to lose the weight on my own. I actually did pretty good considering...lost 100 pounds, but somewhere along the way I lost motivation and got really depressed, and gained 70ish pounds back. But, a good bud picked me back up recently (in May of 2009 actually), and we've been working out together ever since. I've lost 77 pounds again. Putting me down to 258 pounds. My goal weight is 220ish.
