I'm giving up!
One quick question, are you sleeping regularly? Meaning at least 8hrs at the same time each day. Working midnights I know first hand how sleep plays a role not only in emotional well being but physical as well. This has been one of the most crucial things in my weight loss is getting enough sleep.

Miracle Noodles
Interesting, I wonder if they are made with mushrooms rather than flour, potato, or rice. That would account for the texture. Any product link or manufacturer info?

EDIT: Looks like it's made out of glucomannan, which is dietary fiber. I found the website here.

Quick, easy, healthy breakfast ideas
Oatmeal and fruit. I agree that eggs are great for breakfast, they do make ready to eat hard boiled eggs if you're crunched for time.
