4100 kcal recommendation???
that is what is recommended to maintain. mine is around 3500. I am very active. Run, bike, lift, swim lift weights and do martial arts. I average around 1400 a day. always run a negative calorie count. usually -1500- -2500

Down 31 pounds ready to race tomorrow.
Joined site to track progress while I train for my first triathlon. I have lost 31 pounds 7 short of my goal, but I think I am ready. I have done 3 or 4 trial tris and have done fairly well on them. I hope tomorrow goes smoothly.

Turned Green Today!!
The weight has really been coming off slow considering the workouts I have been doing but finally the bar turned green today.

Where are the dudes?
I am training for a triathalon and a nutritionist turned me on to this site. I find it helpful with entering my foods and workouts andtracking my weight.
