Busy, active mother of two. I have had weight issues since the kids were born. I have yo-yo'd my way back and forth until finally I realized that enough is enough. At 196 I was shocked to be at the weight that I delivered my first child. I am fat and have no baby to show for it!
I exercise regularly and realize that I am technically never hungry. But I eat crap food all the time.
By journaling my food intake I not only monitor what it is that is going in my mouth, I also get to recognize the nutritional content..or lack there of.
I am refocused and ready to take off the weight! I am 13 pounds down and off to a great start. My goal weight is 150 and I hope to be there by summer.
