I am married (6 of the happiest years of my life), father of two (boys, one 27 month and one 7 month). Work as a Highways Engineer.

I am not terribly worried about my weight but as I rapidly approach 31 years of age I realise that even though I feel fine in myself, it maybe a bit self deluded. I am not as young as I used to be and I should do something about the fact that I am over weight.....by quite a bit. I owe it to my family to look after myself better.
