ive been on this low carb hi protein diet now for almost 3 weeks. Too many gi issues for me, have lost ten pounds but really am not liking this diet. I'm going back to the old tried and true Weight Watchers plan. I won't give up!!!!

Totally bummed with no weight loss this week. My plan is to decrease my carbs to 30 per day. All I gotta say is this diet better start showin some more results cuz I'm missin my carbs. Dang!

Well I weighed in a day early, couldn't wait any longer. I was so relieved to see I lost 10 lbs. my first week. I gotta tell ya it has not been really that hard, Thank God. I didn't think I could handle not eating any bread or pasta but I didn't really crave it. I do seem to struggle with sugar cravings, especially at night but am finding ways to help satisfy that sweet tooth. Today I'm going to make a low carb chocolate cake in the crockpot, has only 6 carbs a serving. So I'll let ya know it turns out!

Today was my first day and I think it went really well! Had plenty to eat and still only ate 38 grams of carbs, 50 is my limit. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I was craving something sweet after dinner tonight, had some sugar free jello with no added sugar fruit cocktail. It was good but so many carbs in the fruit cocktail. I need to look for some thing better than that.
