I'm 51 years old. I have battled my weight since my childhood. I think I've tried every diet out here, in fact I should own stock in Weight Watchers! In 1999 I had gastric bypass and lost about 250 pounds only to regain about 150 lbs since then. I'm so tired of fighting this.my weight has impacted every part of my life. Because of my weight, my mobility is severely challenged because of osteoarthritis in my knees. Five years ago I had to give up my career as a nurse due to my mobility issues.

I have never tried a low carb diet because I always thought life would suck without potatoes or bread, but my life couldn't suck much more than it does now. So I'm going to give this my all and hopefully and prayerful loose the weight that I need to feel healthy again and become mobile again and love life again! 👍
