And I'm sick again. Fibromyalgia flare up and I don't know what but I feel like the walking dead due to it have hit me. Mostly I'm finding myself really fatigued and unfocused, I keep zoning out randomly for some reason. Still did a little pedaling for a workout today, though I normally do it in 10 minute bursts have to do 5 minute ones today due to feeling like warmed over horse crap but, hey, least I'm doing a bit.
I am praying this isn't one of those longer term flare ups and whatever else is messing with me goes away. Still watching my intake levels best I can, especially since I can't do my normal workout stuff so hopefully this doesn't undo any of my weight loss progress. Hopefully.

Alright, so, looking at my diet calendar, well, I think it's looking pretty good. I've gone a bit low a few days, like the day when I only took in 520 calories, but for the most part I'm hovering around 1500 which isn't too bad. I've also been able to at least do something as a workout each day which, considering my health issues, is quite an accomplishment. It seems my body has chosen Monday as my "cheat day" but that's works out fine.
My overall plan is to limit my intake to 2000 calories each day save for the cheat days where I allow myself to go up to 2500, so I can get a little indulgence without overdoing it and ruining all the good work I've done the rest of the week. I'm going to try the best I can, health allowing, to do at least some kind of workout each day.
Right now I'm aiming for least 20 minutes per day but I do know there will be days when my fibromyalgia looks at my workout plan and goes "Yeah, that's cute. You're going to have trouble even getting out of bed much less working out!" so I'll just have to learn to not kick myself too hard when I have those bad days. As I have learned the hard way, pushing a sick body too hard to do something may make it seem like you're overcoming the illness but, in reality, it's just going to bite you in the rump later.
Well, getting back to the whole trying to lose weight thing and I seem to be off to a decent start. Will have a new weight to log after my upcoming doctor's appointment since we currently don't have a scale in the house so here's to hoping that the news that comes from that little dial is good.

Got sick, again, long lasting one this time. Sort of shot my work out and diet plans. I'm going to try to get back on track and hope my health plays nice this time.
