ICK ICK ICK, I feel gross. After not eating for a week bc of the stress in my life, I went on a 4 day binge and am feeling it. Plus I did not exercise at all last week. It is amazing how it affects your psyche. I am in a much better place starting today (why do I insist on always starting on a Monday?) and it is back on it today.

Ok so when I weighed in last week that must have been a farce. How frustrating. Eating good, exercising, drinking water, and NADA to show for it.

I know I have been MIA, I am terrible about recording anything when I am not at work. On a positive note, I am actually going to be going to work on a Monday NOT feeling terrible about my eating over the weekend that is a huge change for me! I even packed a couple of sandwiches when I went to my son's bb games so I would avoid the concession stand. And it worked. Hoping the motivation keeps up. Worked out 6 days this week and WOWSERS my body is screaming at me. I could barely move a couple days.
Have lots of personal stuff going on right now and typically that would lead me to eat through it but I have resisted. Instead I am more sick to my stomach and keep telling myself things have to get better. It involves my oldest son and an incident at school and some parents who have taken it way too far. Small towns are sometimes just that, too small. And it all started bc a girl farted and my son laughed! REALLY??
Ok enough of that. Week 2 will be tough, lots of eating out opportunities, already trying to talk to myself about what I need to do to be successful.

Getting to my 'want to snack' time of the day! Just ate a cheese stick, hoping that tides me over til I get home and eat supper!
