Thinking that I over did it today.
Need to supplement my meals with a protein shake. I'm eating WAY too man carbs as well. Gotta cut down

Lost 1kg. Woohhoooooo..
Losing the weight is motivation to keep goin. My efforts are not in vain

Day 4
I'm learning that I can actually eat more when I count the calories. Used to eat alot less of the wrong sort of things. Now I'm eating healthier and seem to be eating more... Don't feel hungry all the time n jus about staring to feel like I can do this.
Yay me!!!
Jumping on the treadmill for min 30mins.
Lets do this thing................

I'm not really motivated to excercise. I need a challenge to get moving. I mean really moving.
20mins of floor excercises jus ain't gonna cut it. Gotta do more. My brain is telling me to move but my body is jus staying put :(
What to do. Goin for lunch with a friend, gonna do a nice long walk after. Hopefully being out in the fresh air will help to get the blood flowing and hopefully keep me a bit more motivated to do more.
Day 3 - doin good so far with the eating. Calories for the day should be below 1800 if I want to loose weight.
I don't have junk, eating fairly healthy. No crisps n very little choc, 2 pcs a day. So far so good...
The hard part is not getting started, the hard part is staying on track....

Have to get off my backside and start excercising properly.
Tomorrow is my day.... For sure.
The calorie counting is working sum what,so hopefully when I start the excercising I will start feeling better.
2013 here I come :)
