My am an "unemployed" athlete. I've played sports my whole life and I love to exercise. I'm right now working on my "perfect" body. In other words, I'm working on getting my body to a point where I really enjoy how I look and am excited about how I look.

I need a little help.. I'm new!
Hey guys I'm Alex!
I need some help with the exercise portion of the site.
I want to enter things but everytime I do my times get switched around and they're never what I want them to be. I'm really confused on how to enter my running time correctly and other exercises I do correctly. I want to put 10 minutes on running and 7 on sleeping etc. but everytime I do running might go up to 17 minutes or something like that. I would just really like to know how to work it.
