Okay,
Well today was pretty challenging. I spent very little time at home where I can control what I eat more.
I did not start off on the right foot with some exercise and then my day went downhill from there.
I still managed not to go over my RDI. However, my food choices were not healthy.
I will just have to suck it up and do better tomorrow. That is were the beauty lies. You can always do better the next day. Any progress in the right direction is good progress.
