Have not been following my weight goals at all lately. I really need encouragement.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet TabbyMc's own diet   gaining 0.4 lb a week


I know it's hard to stay on track but don't give up. Just take it one day at a time and forgive yourself and start over. I know that the busier I keep myself the less I snack so try to avoid those times when you know you're more likely to eat poorly. Keep thinking positive thoughts and know you can do this. Good Luck!

Don't beat yourself up too much. Tomorrow is a new day and you can refocus back to your goals. Knowing what your triggers can help you stay on track. Planning your calories out each day, before you even eat them, helps to take the guess-work out of what you are going to eat during the day. I made a list of my favorite healthy foods and try to always have them in the house when that urge hits to snack. Evenings are my hard time of the day, so I schedule healthy snacks in so that I stay within my calories for the day. I hope this helps.
