Don't beat yourself up too much. Tomorrow is a new day and you can refocus back to your goals. Knowing what your triggers can help you stay on track. Planning your calories out each day, before you even eat them, helps to take the guess-work out of what you are going to eat during the day. I made a list of my favorite healthy foods and try to always have them in the house when that urge hits to snack. Evenings are my hard time of the day, so I schedule healthy snacks in so that I stay within my calories for the day. I hope this helps.
