Looking for Hair Care Tips While Exercising
I am natural and I too have these concerns. I wear my hair in a lot of braids and twist (with extensions) and generally when I have those styles in I do a rinse, not full wash, after I work out (to rinse the salt from sweat away so as not to cause too much drying) and I just do my once/ week wash. I do the same when my hair is out. If you have an actual style in I don't really know how to handle that and still clean your scalp/hair. Sorry, hopes what I did offer helps in some way.
