I am just jotting this down here because I haven't figured out as yet how to halve a recipe so that all of the calories and macros are noted across two days. Today I made lunch and dinner as noted but I made extra of both for tomorrow's meal as well. I also walked 5825 steps! According to this device I burned 213 calories...yazz. My goal is to make it to 6000K...easy now that I'm passed the 5000 mark.

Told ya,! Ha....so, I have been looking at portion size and ingredients that I put into my food...also exercising. Need to push harder..really I haven't been pushing at all. I have hurt my knees and normally that would be the end all...I'd sit around and mope and forgive myself for not exercising because I'm injured...but nooooo, yesterday I decided if I can't do lower body I certainly can do upper. And if I can't do left I can do right until left heals. In the new me, there is no room for excuses. So there Mr. Fat, I am done with our relationship.

I don't know about you all but I am so looking forward to this week. i have no one nor nothing to hold me back from shedding some pounds. i feel Ive been really concentrating on ME and MY needs during this shut in period and so now the results are gonna have to show. if nothing else, i am determined to walk out of quarantine a changed person..in attitude, looks and above all health happy week to all
