No surprise, I'm still at 83 but I'm finally back home! I'm super excited, wish there were those dancing emoticons that I could use to demonstrate my state of mind. I can finally get back to following a healthy eating lifestyle and go to the gym! The only challenge I will face will be guests. Given my father has recovered, there will be guests coming from everywhere to see him, which often means loads of food we need to prepare for them. I love my family but that is such a downside. I understand they want to come see him and make sure he's alright but its such a job for my mother and I. Guests...a double edged sword.

No progress, but still part of the process, therefore I feel a need to record it. My father is getting out of the hospital today so life is going to get back to normal. Whatever normal means.. I'll be back to eating home made food instead of taking the easy complacent route so looking forward to finding no more excuses :)

No change. Have been busy running in and out of the hospital due to dad's condition so haven't been able to thoroughly record my diet..or record it at all for that matter. In a few days when everything sorts itself out, I'll get back to keeping track of food and even find time to get some exercise in. My cycle isn't making things easier on me. Hello cramps.

I was so bad last night, I am hanging my head down in shame. I comfort ate with my father, however, I don't think that warranted an extra kilo. Karma's a bitch.
