After my sickness, I took back the twos kilos I had sweated out, but thank the lord, I lost them again. I'm happy where I am now and will continue watching my food and moving my ass. Been quite busy lately planning my trip, reconnecting with an old boyfriend and getting myself together so havent been on top of my recordings and probably won't be for another week or so given I'll be busy finding myself in front of a few oceans.

By the way, had sex last night and woke up with a 400 grams less bringing my back to my friend, 81 kilos. Quite incredible. Unfortunately, this work out has put me in a peculiar situation. Now need to do the walk of shame to the pharmacy where the clerk lady is going to stare me up and down as I muster enough courage to ask for the day after pill. I live in Morocco, a land where everyone has sex but everyone pretends its this filthy, taboo thing. Damn, this is hard. Shame for sex, shame for alcohol, shame for love. Everything seems to be shameful yet everyone participates in these so called shameful acts. And fyi, if a guy can't control himself and cumms in you, the least he can do is get the morning after pill. Have aliens kidnapped all the leftovers from the gentleman days?

Woke up at 81. Haven't moved, but I'm still happy having lost three kilos in a couple days. Today I'm starting the Jillian 30 day shred so hopefully I'll see a difference within the few couple days when it comes to volume. My body is already coming back to the shape I like. My curves are finally showing as the waistline is coming in. I'm super excited! Travelling in a week and a day so hoping to lose two more kilos by then or decrease in volume. I'm actually shitting my pants about a part of the trip. After months of longing and thinking about it, I have finally decided to take a mini solo trip before joining some friends for a Festival In Essaouira. Will be spending two nights in two different little beach towns on the way to Essaouira. Ahhhhhhh! So excited! Till tomorrow, have a lovely one to all my fellow weight loss travel companions xx

I'm back!

And I shall keep coming back until I reach my goal weight. I have been stuck in bed for the past three days going through major tonsillitis pain and a small flu. Feeling my body breakdown, even though it wasn't due to weight freaked the shit out of me. I was powerless to the pain due to the fact that I am not in tune with my body. I wasn't able to recognise the warning signs or listen to my body's need. This too freaked me out because I want to be the master of my body, not the other way around. I'm already somewhat of a slave to my mind, lets at least get on top of certain shit :D Anywho, I'm rambling. Now that I feel better and have lost three kilos amidst the sweating, chills and inability to swallow, I have decided to get back on it! Exercise and food choices. Decided I'm not going to call this a diet ( it mentally fucks things up) so I shall be doing portion control and healthier choices. Travelling in a week and half and want to lost a couple more before then. I shall be on top of my recording as well. Good luck to all of us!
