Hi, I am 53 years old and at my heaviest, I was 227 pounds. I now weigh 178.2, but I had gotten down as low as 160 in July of 2013. I did "eat what I wanted" from Thanksgiving to Christmas, and now I am paying the price. Back on plan and my goal weight is 145. I hope to achieve goal by this July. I am following Medifast, and I have read all the pros and cons, but for me, it does work. I gained some weight over the holidays, but that was totally my fault. Glad to be OP 100%. Feeling great.
