Monday. The day of promises to oneself.
Mine is the usual. No alcohol in the week.
Fingers crossed this will be the week I can keep my own promise.
Am I the only one that struggles after 12 hours in work to not reward oneself with a very large glass of wine? (as big as a bottle, you understand)

Have booked my first ever HIIT class on Saturday morning.
A bit worried but already thinking one automatic benefit. Will not drink excessively Friday night so can get up for class on Saturday.
That is a winner right there even before going.
Tonight. 45 minute interval running. Goal, to get past 5km in the time.
