Core challenge exercises done.
Dug out old Tae Bo dvds. That seems to be a little beyond me at the moment. I'd had enough after the warm up. Hard to believe I enjoyed at one time!

I've decided not to fill in my food diary for the next week. Not sure filling in a food diary is actually doing me any good. I think more about food now that I did before. Because I think constantly about food I became a snacker on here whereas I never snacked before.
So just going to fill in the exercise one for a while.

I've changed back to a dance hula hoop. Was using a weighted one, which is good for a core workout but (for me personally) not so much cardio. I find the weight of the hoop almost sticks it to my waist. A dance hoop is much more about cardio....you need to keep up your speed and rhythm. I do other core exercises including the challenge on here. I've picked up the hoop at the wrong time of year really...I live net door to the green belt, would have been nice to go over there in the sunshine. I'd love to find a workshop....have 3 or 4 lessons so I can move beyond waist hooping. But there's nothing near me that I can find.
