Have spent the last 4 weeks doing push ups adjusted to be easier as I couldn't do a proper form push up. Now I'm going back to the beginning of the program to do it with proper form. So first exhaustion test was 13. Which is the same figure as the exhaustion test on my knees 4 weeks ago. So I've built up so strength.
Used bike before breakfast instead of after today. Some people enjoy working out on an empty stomach so I thought I'd give it a go, but it's not for me. Maybe it's too early in the morning.

Was looking at the different challenges. There's one for 200km a week on a bike. 200km may be a little beyond me, but I think I'll start totalling the weekly km at least. Could be a good guideline for me.

No push ups today. Had vaccination this morning, my arm is dead :-(
