It's my dad's 70th birthday on Sunday. He wants to go for a Chinese. Trouble with Chinese food is you can eat and eat and eat........
But at least I have a little warning. I'm going to try and save some calories for it. Someone told me that it's not what you eat in a day....its' what you eat in a week. Which of course is absolutely true.

Four sets - 14,16,12,12.
My max after sets - 23.

I've dropped two. Should have got the same max as Friday at least. Bit annoyed at myself.......

Did some lunges on Friday. Did them properly, or thought I did them properly. I seem to have pulled muscles in my left leg; from top to bottom. Getting more painful every day. Don't know what I've done that would cause so much pain in the left leg but not in the right.
Going to try a long soak in a hot bath this morning........
