Well, I guess no change is better than a gain. I know I'm to blame because I had a couple of days where I had 120 NC instead of 100, and about 1400 cals instead of 1200, plus I skipped a couple exercise days. All around it was a lazy week on my part and I'm lucky I didn't gain, tbh. So, this non-loss will be my motivator. The other reason the scale may not have moved is because I switched from doing Pilates to light strength training these past two weeks because my body was getting too used to the routine. This week I'm gonna switch between cardio and the light strength training. I know I can burn twice the cals with the cardio which is good for losing these last 10 pounds, but I'm also trying to tone after losing so much weight. The last 10 pounds are definitely the hardest. Also, I think the vacation where I overindulged everyday is making this extra hard because it was like I went back to my old eating habits for a week and I'm trying to retrain a year and a half's worth of training. So, I know what I need to do. It's just regaining the willpower to do it.

So, I've lost the vacation weight. As quickly as I lost it I think that most of it must have been water retention from eating so much sodium and drinking so many artificial sweeteners (diet cokes). I'm feeling a lot better and bought some "super skinnies" from Hot Topic instead of my normal skinnies from there. The actually look pretty good. I'm still doing my workout 5 days/wk for an hour a day and I think that's helped get me back to pre-vacation weight. It actually got me to goal weight, but I've decided to lower my goal weight to 135. Ten more pounds shouldn't be too hard. Also, that'd make those super skinnies fit even better. Right now I'm wearing a size 6, and I want to stay that size, I just want to work off some of that extra weight around my stomach, so that's why I've been doing the Swiss Ball Pilates as my workout each day. But the ball works my arms and legs, as well as my core, so the all over body workout helps. I'm actually wearing shorts for the first time in years this summer, so that's def an improvement. Well, 10 more pounds. Let's see if I can do it.

Well, only 1 pound from goal and the honeymoon is in a week. I think I can make it down 1 pound (at least) this week. Re-introducing carbs has been continuing to go well. I had a piece of a French baguette with my salad twice at Panera this past week, and had grilled cheese (on whole grain wheat) with my buffalo-style tuna. And I'm usually having somewhere between 80-90 carbs per day, and now I can increase to 100 this week. I think the cutting of calories and 5 days/wk of Pilates really helps. I wish I would've started exercising sooner, but it took a while for me to get to the point where I could safely exercise. I think after I get back from the honeymoon I may modify my goal down to 135. That's about where I was when I was in college and that'd be a dream come true. I just shot for 145 because it was a healthy BMI of 22 and being healthy was the main goal here. I know I won't lose weight on vacation, so I'm sure I'll be back right after that.

4 pounds til goal! I was so happy when I got on the scale considering I increased NC to 80/day last week, but watching the calories has really helped. And having so many extra choices makes it easier to cut calories. But I did add back sugar this past week and it seemed to go fine. This week I'll increase to 90 NC and add back the rest. So, I'll be fully transitioned, I'll just still have to watch carb intake. It's a lifestyle, not a diet. But with only 4 pounds til goal I'm feeling pretty proud. I started this journey November 2014, and it's been a long year and a half, but it was so worth it. When I started I weighed 229 (I started before I started using this app), and now at 149, that makes 80 pounds lost. Now I'm just working on toning still. An hour of Pilates 5 days a week seems to be helping. It also seems to be helping the weight drop. I have my honeymoon in 2 weeks and it'll be nice to be fully transitioned in time for that and hopefully at goal weight. That's only 2 pounds/wk, so it's possible. But we'll see. I will probably continue to track carbs on here once I reach goal because I'll still have to eat low carb. So I'll be around for the rest of my life or at least til I can start managing the transitioned self better.
