So it seems sundays are the day of sin??? As you can see yesterday was a mcdonalds for dinner. i had promised my son that I would take him while his dad was at the football, so we went and i thought you know what iv been good all weekend (with the exception of white wine and soda on friday) im going to spoil myself (literally) so i ordered a big mac meal, and i could only manage half!! I was shocked! Chuffed but shocked!
So for my tea later that night i had a tikka chicken and salad wrap which was good. Im going into town today so going to get an accurate weigh in on the boots digital scales. may invest in some myself??? I just worry ill never be off them?
So back onto the diet today and cant wait for the challenge weigh in tomorrow and see what i have lost this week. hoping it is going to be the 7lbs? i was up to 5/6 on friday??? not sure which so i will have a look today and hope that yesterdays binge hasnt done too much damage?
Im loaded with cold as well and have been alid up all weekend, however i did get 4 work outs in last wekk, going to try and get something done today, either gym or my micoach app training which is cheduled to start today?

So todays weigh in was a fail. im really gutted but at least i didnt gain any!
im loaded with cold still so im not going to the gym, going to finish painting my bedroom and an early night, ready for my run tomorrow. weigh in in the morning for the challenge

So i am buzzing at the progress i am making this week. i have done a run on tue and thur and went to the gym monday, today im going to do some core strengthening exercises and then gym tonight. My scales were just below the 75kg mark, but as they are retro i couldnt even guess what they would have been, so i have just rounded it up to 75kg, which i am still buzzing with considering the start of the weeks weigh in.
Ill jump on the scales at the gym tonight and see wha they say, im also going to my parents tonight for family night and they have some digital scales so I can have a look on there too. Unfortunatly family night will mean tapas, wine and board games!!! my mum has assured me that tapas is healthy in proportion so hopefully i wont go my ends.
I wanted to do the park run in the morning but as i mentioned there will be wine so i may have to miss it and gym on sunday as instead?
All in all i going to work hard today and then i wont have done as much damage tonight, but keeping it under control.
Gutted i cant log my addidas micoach results on here. never mind the weigh ins will show the hard work.

im so excited that since monday i have been able to stick to under 1000 cals and still have treats. didnt gym or run last night as my friend went into labour so i had 2 4 yr olds to look after all day and into the night, that was a work out in itself!!! not sure if its 2lbs to 1kg or 3lbs? either way im excited by these results. gym or running tonight for sure.
bring on Tuesday xx

well once again this week has been a fail so far? by next tuesday/wednesday ill have lost the 7lbs im hoping??? iv been to the gym mon tue and was going to miss today/night but i have the bug and dont want to slack. i have done so well with getting into the work out program without it impacting too much on my family life but all that hard work is making me famished! now i have the gym bug under way i need to focus on the diet and change to eat fuel foods that will keep me going but born off so i dont gain weight!
its so hard, want to be to at least 73kg next week!!
any hints would be very much appreciated xx
