im over the moon, weigh in this morning and my little retro pointer was bang in the middle of 74 & 75. thats a brilliant achievement for me. having a sore mouth helps too ha ha. however not much stops me eating and as you can still see in keep the cals below 1000 (just!). went for a short run lastnight as was late for my group, busy looking after a sick lil boy so went to the running track and did a few laps before i was rudly asked to leave by a awful woman. i asked her if shed rather id risk running in the dark alone or run in the floodlit track for 15mins? she didnt say much the nasty piece of work. anyway got a wedding doo tonight if everyones well enough and have no idea what to wear? tried my dress on and i could get it on which is an achievement, but still got a dress size to loose and a lot of toning! going to either do bootcamp with a male friend in the morning or do the park 5K run? watch this space!
