My name is Melissa and I am a 25 new graduated Social Worker. I have struggled with my since I can remember. I have tried it ALL. Fad diets, Weight Watchers, Diet Pills, you name it. I did those things but none of it worked for me. I then recently got into healthy eating and plain out giving a damn with what I put into my mouth. Ever since then I have lost more weight than I ever have on any program or pill. I do not limit myself to what I can eat. I just don't eat the stuff I know is bad for me and I don't go overboard. More importantly, I work out 5 days a week. Exercise has reallllly gotten me far!

My success so far have taken me quite far. I am at a weight now that I was in highschool and can fit into a size 18. I dont even remember when I could fit into an 18 before!!

As much as it is a struggle, and no matter how much I hate it I keep telling myself to keep truckin. Because of the weight I have lost now, I am in this weird mode where I have made myself afraid to gain weight. Mainly, because I have worked my butt off to get here!
