Got in my workout 20 min yoga and 20 min bike. I wanted 20 min yoga and 30 min bike but it is late. Oh well, it's still a good start. I feel like I ate to many carbs today. I'm not sure but I will check with the dr. I need to go to sleep!!

I keep forgetting to write in the journal. I'm eating my veggies and drinking water. I forgot to ride the bike yesterday, but I am not going to forget today!!
