Need to buy new mayo. I only have Kraft Homestyle. I was doing good today until that. Proud of myself for not eating some of the pizza. Now I need something good for dinner(low fat) and veggies.

I really don't like writing in a journal and I always forget about it.
No pecans tomorrow! Wow, I had no idea how much fat would be in them. Lunch at sports camp. I should have skipped but it was the last day. We had a nice time at the picnic. Looks like a salad for dinner and then 30m on the bike. That is my Friday. Might have a glass of wine. Maybe. Yes, if I drink the wine I will at it to my food list. I still need some calories.
