Didn't pig out as much as I usually do with dinner but I did have 3 rock cakes and some pudding along with some crisps. Onwards and upwards tomorrow. Partner may have new job tomorrow, fingers crossed XXXXXXX

I think I did quite well today, my first day on my new diet. I did notice that I was thinking about food all day which makes you hungry. Right now I am eating an apple where I would normally have biscuits so not too bad! Tomorrow is a big test for me as we will be going to the in-laws for a full roast dinner, loads of veg which is good, but my mother-in-law always uses butter on her veg. There will be possibly a pasta starter or Italian macaroni cheese, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes etc.. She usually makes about 3 puddings also, so a big test. I won't be able to record my calorie intake for tomorrow but I will try to be good!
