Gained back all 20 lbs I had lost on Atkins! NOW WHAT?
To be honest, I don't know anyone who kept the weight off after being on Weight Watchers either. Any diet plan will fail if you don't go through ALL the phases and STAY on maintenance. I hope you reach your goal. Good luck!
