I've decided to take the rest of the week off from my menus, counting, etc. I'm hoping that will this will give me a little jump start. I have no intention of going nuts and living on burgers and banana splits, but maybe I've become a little too obsessive. The last few weeks have been so hard. Saturday will still be my weigh in and the plan is to get back on track then. We'll see what happens.
