After years of craziness, I finally really noticed myself. The lack of taking care of me led to 50 pounds I ignored. Now I am survivor of many things.. I have dug myself out of the worst, so I plan to use that strength to help me feel good again. To enjoy things again. I can do this

Exercise
Hi I am new here and came across your post. I was diagnosed with the same issue.. Arthritis in my lower back. I try to swim and I just joined the gym( I need to lose 59lbs) I try to add foods that have anti inflammatory properties, I also try to make sure my posture and form are correct when I work out. Yoga can help too and try doing arms sitting. Hope this helps
