so I gained back 1.2 on Saturday due to eating popcorn and not working out to counter the effects. I'm so disappointed in myself but cannot dwell on it just got to be more disciplined. I am still encourage and focus and so today will be a better day. I'm about to do my morning cardio so I'm going to run for about a 45 minutes and core. to counter the effects in to lose the weight the next two day will be all protein. Wish me luck Loves

Hello Loves
This week has been a great week and significant process were made. I made a taco salad yesterday, which was so healthy and delicious I made it for breakfast this morning. Weekends are tough for me, so discipline is essential for me. Taking the kids to the movies today, so have to be strong not to eat any popcorn. Wish me luck!
