Low cal intake with large amounts of activity.
You've guys been great, going shopping today to reevaluate my food intake. I always went for low cal not taking into account whats processed. I do eat alot of fruit and veggies so any other food suggestions would rock.

Low cal intake with large amounts of activity.
Yeah, my issue was these sites and here had crazy RDI's of 3500 to maintain or like 2500 to lose 2/lb a week. It just seemed like so many calories. I just looked on a site lol

Low cal intake with large amounts of activity.
I guess in my mind it seemed wrong to start eating more just because I was being so active.
Yes I have been seeing a difference even without the numbers moving much but I accounted it for my brain wanting to see changes
I was planning on eating less but honestly eating more would make everything much easier. It does feel like most my problems are due to a lack of food. I just wasn't sure.
Thanks I think I will try and up it to around 2400. Hopefully this will get me out of my funk!

Low cal intake with large amounts of activity.
So generally I try to stay very active. I Run(6.0mph)and Weight lift in the morning for 30 min each, and after work normally I'll bike/hike/skate etc for 5-6 hours or more on a good day. 3-4 on a average day.
I was easily keeping my cal intake around 1700 when I was only hitting the gym. I saw really awesome weight loss results.
My issue is lately I haven't seen much weight loss like I did before, and it's become REALLY hard for me not to eat more with being this active.
This is because If I don't eat enough either I feel like can't sleep or wake up during the night insanely hungry (This waking up has been a big issue lately).
Also, I feel like its unhealthy to do this much without more food, is this true?
I'm tempted to try IF, but hardly being able to keep my cal count below 1900 I feel as I cannot.
I've tried cutting out food, replacing, cutting corner, etc but I don't see the numbers moving like before.
Any suggestions for these issues would be great. THANKS!!
