I'm struggling... Over a month ago the doctor discontinued blood pressure medication he told me I most properly be on for the rest of my life, but since losing a lot of weight my blood pressure is now at safe levels. Also my councillor for diabetes told me at my last visit around the same time informed me there was no need to visit her anymore cause months of documenting my daily blood count my sugar levels are now reading at a safe level, but she said that doesn't mean I don't have diabetes any more it just means I have it under control and still to take medication once a day which is a relatively low dose compared to others I know on the same meds.
So here my problem... since I hearing all this wonderful news I've had a bad case of the flu and its been hard to kick it to the curb and I don't have the energy anymore to do my daily work-outs or go for my daily bike rides. I also been eating in excess feeling damn sorry for myself I feel its snow balling, my metabolism level is practically non existent ... It's gotten so bad I'm afraid to get on the scales cause I know its gonna be bad :(. There is a big gap in my food journal where I couldn't be bother cause I know the results would be bad but a couple days ago I forced myself to try and pick up my game and at least keep account of what I'm stoving in my mouth even if at the end of the day its bad news & yesterday I pushed myself to get outside and go for a bike ride and do a lite work-out when I got back... it was a start but I feel I'm struggling... :( just thought I'd put that out there... Quite therapeutic actually :)
