Just hit the Gym, 40 min on the bike 12 miles done. Hit my first round of push ups and crunches for the day. My Abs are really weak.... Really hope I can move from my poor form crunches to hardcore sit-ups before this challenge is over! Going to rehydrate and rest for a few hours and then maybe head back for another round.

So my internet weight loss friends, I fell off the wagon... and I fell hard. Th past four days I have neglected my gym visits and have engaged in eating and drinking festively... Throw in a bit of stress eating after work and a raging keger with my friends and I am guilty about not working out, probably up a few pounds, and just now getting over one heck of a hangover. My penitence is as follows for the next 4 days I will double my push ups and crunches in order to make up for lost time. Additionally for 8 days I will be doing 60min of cardio to make up for 4 days of missing 40min. Finally beer, soda, and junk food are removed from the picture once again. To those of you hitting the gym and making your goals well done, and to those like me who have struggled you can do it just dont quit. Well I'm off to the gym to get back on track!

7/12/11 -
Just got home from the Gym. Did 45min walking/jogging on the tread mill and my 100 crunches and 40 push ups, and a bit of weight lifting. The run had it's ups and down but I finished strong and with pride. The crunches and push ups were rough as I realized just how sore I was from yesterday but near they end I got a second wind and determination to finish out and I busted out the last sets of each. Another late night but challenges accomplished! I'll weigh in in the the morning to see how things are going. Good luck to everyone else out there working to get fit, you can do it so never give up.
OoRah.
