Propoints and fruit...

Besides, that won't work.
Fruits still have sugar and calories that you need to be aware of. You can't eat a pound of grapes every day and expect to lose weight. The instructions with fruit is to pursue with reasonable caution. If you normally already eat a side salad with supper & have fruit with your lunch, chances are you don't need to add any more fruit or veg to your diet (you just don't have to count those anymore). I would recommend still keeping track of your overall calories on here. Thanks to another post about weight watcher's points, this is what I do now:
I made a custom food for my grapes. EVERYTHING is zero EXCEPT calories. That way on my points (if you have the grease monkey FireFox addon - the forum WW Points -- Kinda Sorta Back? has instructions if you want this add-on, I find it incredibly handy) the fruit doesn't show up, but I can still see that a cup of grapes is 110 calories.
That's why I love FatSecret so much... Yes, I'm still going off of WW points, but it makes it just as simple to keep track of overall calorie intake so my zero point items don't add up to over a reasonable calorie budget. Weight Watchers is awesome for making better food choices, but calories still are the main factor in weight loss.
Sorry, that was lengthy. Hope I helped!

WW Points -- Kinda Sorta Back?
lisakp71, (this is FatGirlWantsCake - is this better? Hehe) that is an AWESOME idea! So doing that now.
Story behind the old screen name. "Fat Girl" is the part of my brain that constantly insists that it needs cake to survive. So when I pass a candy jar or something at work that is tempting I will often make the joke that "Fat Girl wants Reeses" or something like that. It's actually caught on with the girls at work too so it's kind of a big joke.
Edit: I'm just making custom foods for the fruits I like so I can also keep track of my caloric intake (which is also important). For example, I just made a food called "grapes WW+" that everything is zero except for calories (110 per cup). So if next week I decide to buy oranges, I'll just make a new food called "oranges WW+" and add it with everything zero except for the calories (which I'd look up on here to find how many calories in a medium orange).

Alli & Weight Watchers
Has anyone used or is anyone currently using these two together? What's your experience? I read something suggesting the two together might help once you've hit your wall or even just using them together from the get-go. Just curious if there was any truth.

Alli
I've read a lot of mixed results... Dr Oz also has tips to help avoid the "anal leakage" (taking psyllium husk to help solidify the greasy poops, taking your vitamins at night before bed for better fat soluble vitamin absorption, etc). Is there no one here at FatSecret that's had a *good* experience with Alli? I have a friend who is in nursing school and he said he was liking it as long as he was careful to watch his fat intake. I've also read that pairing it with Weight Watchers has been helpful. Anyone?
