So I am on day three of the Petite Advantage Diet and I have to say that I am getting used to having breakfast in the morning. It gives me a good start and I feel better going to work. Hopefully that will be one of the things that stick with me after the diet is over.

So today I started the petite advantage diet and the first thing on the menu was the Turkey Bacon Scramble which sounds good but it mixed pineapples with eggs and bacon. Thinking about it now I should have had the pineapples on the side instead of mixing them. It tasted aweful and I could only stomach a few bites so I had yogurt instead but now I have to make up 300 calories during the day to make it to my 110o calorie goal. Hope lunch will be better.

So this is the first day after my eye surgery that I have been allowed to work on the computer. My eyesight is now 20/15 so its definitely worth it. I am not allowed to work out this week because my docter is afraid of sweat getting in my eyes so my focus will be on my diet.

Ugh... I woke up with a sore throat this morning and I don't feel like doing anything. I am eating soup for lunch wishing it were a burger from burger king.

So I am just getting started on this website today. I have been working the Jillian Micheal's Body Revolution program for about a month now. I have only lost 4 pounds although I have not been following her diet, way too strict. I wanted to join this website just to keep count of my calories. I have been binging on McDonald's lately because I am just so darn hungry from the workouts that I am doing so I thought if I was eating the right amount of carbs,protein,fat that I would be less hungry.
