My name's Lisa, I'm in my early 20s and super excited to get in shape!
I want to maintain all the strength I got from navy boot camp, but could lose a few unneeded pudge-pounds. Eating healthy is not my thing. Never has been, because let's not lie to ourselves - carby/fattening foods are just DELICIOUS! But only now am I discovering that healthy, non-processed goodies can also be delicious. So as my mindset changes, so will my body.
