Today I rode my bike over 20 miles to my game and back. It was a little intimidating, but with a break it wasn't so bad. I'm still not great at hills, but I think I'm getting better. We'll see how running tomorrow goes. I'm afraid of running up hill tomorrow given how tired my quads are.
One benefit of having a crappy bike- even short distances are an awesome workout.

Birthdays and eating out = way too much sodium and dehydration. I'm hoping it's mostly water weight, but I definitely indulged a bit too much this week.
