Finally, my number has gone down... Lets keep up the good work and keep track of my water intake, I need to try to do atleast 6 bottles a day.

Not as bad as I thought actually, summertime means eating out and eating often and that is why I wished that I had lost the weigh before this season started, but I didn't and now it's July..... I'll keep better track of things and try again, its a fresh new week with hopefully better results.

numbers going down, well in this case a number went down. But it's a good direction, neverthe less. Keeping log of water intake and hopefully will have time to do Pilates today and even more times this week.

Ok, now this is getting CRAZY!!! Numbers are all over the place but of course not going down. Got my period yesterday!!! UGH! It seems like it's always here.... Ok gonna drink more water today and do Pilates while Sam is napping...
