The weather here is frigid to say the least, but I'm still getting out there. I deal with depression, so I kind of have to, besides having to exercise the dog, but it's not like peeling myself off the couch to get out there lately. The air just feels cleaner in winter.
I start playing pick-up volleyball today after not playing in I don't know how many years. I have massage scheduled Monday-that's how sore I know I'm going to be after this evening. I just hope it's not too, too ugly!
Hoping to run a short 3 around the lake with DAWG. And not feel depressed.

I fell off of a stair on Friday and have not been able to do anything but track my eating. I'm going for massage and chiropractic care this week. Ugh.
