A little about me... I am in the AF guard. Been in 7 years and always struggled with my weight. My peak was 243 after having my son... "Normal" was 200 for me. Now I am 154-160 depending on the day. I am ready to keep this journey going and transforming myself to the best version of me.

The importance of setting your Recommended Daily Intake RDI
I agree... If you stick with the default you will most likely not see the results you want. I adjust my calorie range for every 5-10 pounds lost. I need to redo mine today.

Lol I feel that way when I worked... We had cake from so many ceremonies.... I'm not a cake person but when you watch what you eat... Things get real quick lol.
