When you have such a small amount of weight to loose you probably do not have a lot of body fat. Try some weight resistance training and tone your muscles. This will strengthen your core, helping you avoid injuries as well. Remember, muscle burns calories more effectively than fat, so toning up would probably help you. Better yet, forget your weigh in number and use body measurements instead. Sometimes you will gain a little weight with increased muscle, but you will look and feel fabulous!
