well this way of life is becoming a Habit, a good habit.
I am eating so much better and less calories but higher Fats and Proteins. I think that must be my niche. For I feel so good, even when I get up in the morning, I feel better.
My clothes are getting more and more loose.
My hubby has rewarded me with the gift of an Electric Bicycle. We both bought one. He wants to get more fit too. Not that he is in any way fat, but he isn't happy with the way he looks and feels either so he has decided that an electric bike will help us both to get more fit, have some different fun and not have to worry about all the stress on the body parts when just beginning this trek in our lives.
I am so looking forward to getting that bike as I would really like to ride again, it really has been awhile since being on a bike. Now I will have the chance to go bike riding and not have all the joint stress to deal with.
My HUBBY is Awesome!!!!!

I am noticing a change in my health. A good change mind you. I am not nearly as tired daily, and when I do work, like cleaning, or whatever, I don't feel all tired and worn out.
I think it is because I am not loading up on Carbs anymore. I don't eat nearly the Carbs I was eating before finding FS.
I hardly ever eat Bread, or anything like that in the Carb items.
When I eat Carbs they are Complex Carbs, the kind you get from real whole foods and they are better for us, as far as I can see and read about.
I haven't been posting much lately, been a bit busy, but I am controlling my food intake, and eating High Fat, High Protein, Low Carb, daily.
I must be doing something right, it is working on giving me energy, and I don't feel the need to eat all the time, and not feel full.
So Happy I found this site, even if I am not recording my foods, I am here, not as often as I was, but here, none the less.

After weighing in yesterday, I decided to only weigh-in only once a week.
That way I won't get discouraged, and just chuck it all and eat junk.
I am down a few pounds in a month, since being here, so I will continue to post, and maybe even record my foods again.
I do know that not eating any sugar for a month has made a great difference in my cravings. I don't crave many foods now, and when I do, I eat loads of protein and the cravings go away.
I have learned that eating a Keto diet is my friend and it keeps me going and going and going. I am happy with the changes in my body since eating keto and it isn't a diet, it is a Way of Eating for me now. Even Hubby is eating Keto too, even if he doesn't know it. lol I will be angry when he loses more than I do, for sure. But hey, he does need to keep it down too, and his blood work says he needs to eat less carbs and he isn't eat nearly as much bread and junk as he used to. Maybe I am leading by example. Hope so.
