Back on the wagon after a long pause related to the fourth of July and my moms visit.
Tough workout today I actually had to cut it short. My energy just went away.
I did take the joint pills.

This morning I went out and ran two miles... well if you want to call it running. I am going to do that every weekday morning. That is the new activity that will be associated with iteration 8. My knees have been hurting and my back is still fatigued from Monday. But I think I am going to be okay.
I think today was a pretty good day I may have over did it a little at lunch time but I did turn a respectable 800 calorie deficit so I am happy enough. I worked out at the YMCA today and it was a much better experience. I think I am going to continue with my cardio here in the mornings and switch weights to YMCA. Ozark fitness will play it's role when I start faithfully attending fitness classes. The environment at the Y is just better. I also like that they provide towels and they have a great shower area. The only thing Ozark fitness has on the Y is that it is closer to where I live.
Water intake is currently at about 3.25 bottles I am also restarting my joint supplement.

I almost passed out in the middle of yesterdays workout. I had to sit down for a while after I did my squats. Come to find out I had hardly eaten anything yesterday. I need to put together an eating plan for myself. I used that body composition analyzer at the gym two days ago.
This is what it read:
Weight 350.81 (mid day weight)
BMI 43.4
BMR 2997 calories
Impedance 290
Fat% 31.3%
Fat mass 109.81 lbs
So according to this readout I have 109 lbs of fat on me. Almost a third of my body is dead useless weight. I think I am going to get myself back into running for real. I am currently constructing an eating plan for myself to be implemented as soon as it is complete. I don't want another day like yesterday. It was very unpleasant.

Three pounds lost in the first week! That's so cool. Even though for the time being I am going to chalk at least half of that up to water weight loss. But I do feel better physically. So here comes week 2 of monitoring. Today starts week 4, 7th iteration. This will be a tough week I have no doubt of it. But I am going to attack it because it stands in my way. Next week starts the 8th iteration.

The last day of 8 week iteration 7. This was a rough week for me. I skipped the cardio that I would normally do today. I am happy with my progress. My blood pressure is back in normal range. I think I might be a pound or to lighter already. But I will wait till weigh in day to make that determination. Having a ball!!
