This morning I went out and ran two miles... well if you want to call it running. I am going to do that every weekday morning. That is the new activity that will be associated with iteration 8. My knees have been hurting and my back is still fatigued from Monday. But I think I am going to be okay.

I think today was a pretty good day I may have over did it a little at lunch time but I did turn a respectable 800 calorie deficit so I am happy enough. I worked out at the YMCA today and it was a much better experience. I think I am going to continue with my cardio here in the mornings and switch weights to YMCA. Ozark fitness will play it's role when I start faithfully attending fitness classes. The environment at the Y is just better. I also like that they provide towels and they have a great shower area. The only thing Ozark fitness has on the Y is that it is closer to where I live.

Water intake is currently at about 3.25 bottles I am also restarting my joint supplement.
